Quote requests and binding nature of quotes
- The content of the website and information about products and services do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.

- In the event of any discrepancy between a quote confirmed in writing or a signed contract and these Terms of Use, the provisions of the quote or contract apply.

The machine groups, solution options and technical descriptions on the website are general in nature. Capacity and technical values are clarified during the quotation process based on your product, packaging and goals. Information on the website may be changed, updated or removed without prior notice. While we take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, we do not undertake that it is complete, error-free or always current.

Images on the website are for illustration purposes only and have been generated with artificial intelligence. They do not depict an actual project, a specific customer application, or the appearance, dimensions, materials or equipment of any machine to be delivered, and they are not used as a basis for determining the scope of a quote or contract.
