Packaging and end of line
Case packing machines
Case packing is where your products get ready for shipping. We evaluate case erecting, loading and sealing options with you, based on product and case dimensions, pack pattern and line speed.
Typical applications
- Packing bottles and jars into cases
- Cosmetic and cleaning products
- Food packages
- Packing shrink bundles into cases
- Cases with dividers
What we evaluate in your project
- Product and case dimensions
- Pack pattern and count per case
- Product fragility and handling care
- Case sealing method: tape or glue
- Line speed and corrugated board quality
Solution options by application
Case erecting
Opens flat corrugated blanks and seals the bottom so cases are ready for loading, reducing the need for manual case erecting.
Case loading
Products are loaded into cases by drop packing, pick-and-place or side loading, depending on the container type.
Case sealing
The top flaps of filled cases are closed with tape or glue; the method depends on case size and shipping conditions.

Line integration
The case packer receives products by conveyor from labeling or bundling. Products are grouped if needed, loaded and sealed. Sealed cases travel by conveyor to palletizing, while the case erector is positioned alongside the line to suit the available space.
