Packaging and end of line
Palletizing systems
Palletizing is the last step of the line, preparing products for storage and shipping. We evaluate palletizing and pallet stretch wrapping options with you, based on case size, pallet pattern and line speed.
Typical applications
- Case palletizing
- Shrink pack palletizing
- Jug and crate palletizing
- Pallet stretch wrapping
- Empty pallet supply and full pallet discharge
What we evaluate in your project
- Case or pack size and weight
- Pallet type, size and stacking pattern
- Tier sheets and pallet height
- Stretch wrapping and load stability needs
- Floor space, safety and forklift access
Solution options by application
Robotic palletizing
A robot arm places cases or packs on the pallet according to a programmed pattern; evaluated where products and patterns vary.
Layer palletizing
Products are formed into complete layers and transferred to the pallet; a method evaluated for uniform products in continuous flow.
Pallet stretch wrapping
The palletized load is wrapped in stretch film to keep it stable in transit; turntable or in-line wrapping options are evaluated.

Line integration
The palletizer receives cases or packs by conveyor from case packing or bundling. Products are stacked by pattern, the pallet is stretch-wrapped and then discharged to the forklift pickup area. Empty pallet supply and safety guarding are planned together.
