Solution options by application
Wrap-around labeling
A single label is wrapped fully or partly around a round container; a common method for bottles and jars.
Front and back labeling
Separate labels are applied to both sides of flat or oval containers; frequently used for cosmetics and cleaning products.
Top labeling
Labels are applied to the top of boxes, caps or containers; evaluated where product information or tamper-evident labels are needed.
Line integration
The labeler follows the capping step and receives containers by conveyor. Where needed, spacing is set with a feed screw or separators. Labeled products then move on to bundling or case packing, and coding needs can be planned at this stage.
