Container feeding machines
A smoothly running line starts with containers entering it correctly and continuously. We evaluate rotary table or bottle unscrambler options with you, based on your container type, orientation needs and line speed.
Typical applications
- Empty PET bottle feeding
- Glass bottle and jar feeding
- Cosmetic and cleaning containers
- Container accumulation at the start of the line
- Product collection at the end of the line
What we evaluate in your project
- Container shape, material and stability
- Orientation and upright positioning needs
- Line speed and accumulation requirements
- Manual or automatic container loading
- Floor space and operator access
Solution options by application
Rotary infeed table
Containers are loaded by hand or in bulk, and the rotating table transfers them steadily onto the conveyor at the start of the line.
Bottle unscrambler
Takes empty bottles in bulk, orients them and places them upright on the conveyor; evaluated for lines that feed plastic bottles continuously.
Rotary accumulation table
Holds products during short stops within the line or at its end, helping balance the flow between machines.

Line integration
Container feeding is the first station in the line. Containers pass from a rotary table or unscrambler onto the conveyor and on to the filler. Feeding speed is planned to match the rest of the line, and a collection table can be added at the end.
